     2.檢(jiǎn)查過(guò)濾器中(zhōng)有沒有(yǒu)焊皮和(hé)金屬渣；

     3.檢查(chá)各連(lián)接部(bù)位連接是(shì)否緊(jǐn)固；

     4.檢查管(guǎn)路(lù)壓(yā)在泵(bèng)上的(de)力和(hé)力矩是(shì)否超過(guò)給定(dìng)的數值，如(rú)果溫度較高，還(hái)應檢查管路(lù)是否有膨脹(zhàng)節；

     5.檢(jiǎn)查電(diàn)氣(qì)連接的(de)正确性及電機的額(é)定值，并檢(jiǎn)查電(diàn)機轉動方(fāng)向是(shì)否正确；

     6.檢查泵的轉(zhuǎn)動方(fāng)向是否(fǒu)正(zhèng)确；

     7.如有安全閥，安全(quán)閥安裝(zhuāng)必(bì)須正确，

     8.檢(jiǎn)查泵軸是(shì)否轉動靈(líng)活；

     9.泵的内部(bù)不能是(shì)幹的，特别是需(xū)要自吸的時候(hòu)，應向泵内灌注(zhù)一些(xiē)油(yóu)或輸送(sòng)的液體；

     10.泵組裝(zhuāng)時在零件的表(biǎo)面有防(fáng)護(hù)液，如(rú)果這(zhè)種液體不(bú)能和泵送液體(tǐ)相容，則(zé)必須清(qīng)洗；

     11.最好在管路上安(ān)裝壓(yā)力(lì)表(biǎo)和真空表(biǎo)，方便(biàn)觀察(chá)泵的工作狀态(tài)；

     12.檢查機械(xiè)密(mì)封(fēng)箱是否注(zhù)滿液體；

     13.檢查(chá)管路的閥門(mén)是否打開；

     14.如(rú)果(guǒ)用内(nèi)燃機驅動，請在(zài)起動(dòng)發動機前(qián)保持離合(hé)器脫開；

     泵起動(dòng)後，檢(jiǎn)查液(yè)體是否進(jìn)入到(dào)泵中，泵是(shì)否工作(zuò)正(zhèng)常，如(rú)果長時間(jiān)無(wú)液(yè)體進入泵(bèng)中，應(yīng)停機檢查泵及管路(lù)。
